1. Technical Overview of Underground Basketball Hoops

Technology Optimization in 3. Engineering Application

In the renovation project of a university stadium in Hebei, Junchi technical team carried out three key optimizations on the buried structure according to the characteristics of the frozen soil region in the north: 1) increase the drainage slope design (slope 3%) to prevent the foundation from loosening due to freezing of accumulated water; 2) Double-layer anti-corrosion treatment (hot galvanized + epoxy zinc-rich primer) is adopted to prolong the service life of the equipment in saline-alkali environment; 3) Optimize the connection structure between backboard and column, reduce the vibration amplitude from the industry average of 8mm to within 3mm. The project acceptance data show that after 3 consecutive years of use, the verticality deviation of the basketball stand is still controlled within 0.5, which is far better than the 2% limit required by the national standard.

4. technical maintenance and troubleshooting

Daily maintenance should focus on three nodes: 1) check the tightness of anchor bolts every month (the torque value is recommended to be kept at 200-220N · m);2) Clean up the dust on the back of the backboard every quarter (to avoid affecting the light transmittance);3) Detect the thickness of zinc layer every year (when the remaining thickness is less than 40μm, it needs to be sprayed again). Among the common faults, the deformation of the basket ring accounts for 65%, and the solution is to use special hydraulic tools for cold correction, and to carry out 2000 fatigue tests (loading weight 70kg) after recovery.
